In 1997, after twenty years in business, five of these specifically in record management, Carol Campbell established Carol Baxter Inc. as a locally owned record management consultant and file products supplier. The company established guidelines of building the business to meet customer needs while maintaining a high level of integrity. Respect of people, quality service, and competitive pricing were the mix in creating this company. In 2002 Carol Baxter Inc. forged ahead and became a member of “The Spirit Group”, a national independent dealer network that has over 40 manufacturing suppliers specializing in record management.
